Sunfund Group (including Sunfund Securities Limited, Sunfund Capital Limited, Sunfund Fund Management Limited, Sunfund (Hong Kong) Limited, and Asia Credit Company Limited, etc.) has recently discovered that criminals have been using methods such as setting up fake websites and selling fictitious investment products to impersonate the names, trademarks, and employee identities of our company and/or the Group to conduct financial fraud.
To protect the rights and interests of the general public and clients, our company hereby issues this solemn statement jointly with the Group and reminds the public to beware of being deceived.

II. Known Impersonation Methods (including but not limited to)

1. Fake websites/URLs: For example, http://sunfund.top/ and other fake websites similar to official URLs.
2. Fictitious investment products: For example, products named “OSCSO Stock Index Futures Class A-101” (fund code: 610660), which have never been officially issued by our company or the Group. Such products often use “high returns” as bait.
3. Forged documents and logos: Forging logos with the word “Sunfund,” investment contracts, receipts, and platform logins, etc.
4. Unauthorized communication channels: Using non-official designated phones, emails, or instant messaging software for promotion.。

3.Solemn statement:
o Our company and the Group have absolutely no relationship with any of the fake websites, fictitious products, communication channels, and related activities mentioned above.
o Our company has never authorized any third party to conduct such illegal activities in the name of our company or the Group.
o Such acts constitute serious trademark infringement and criminal fraud, and our company and the Group reserve all rights to pursue legal action.

To protect your financial safety, please:

•Report: If you discover any suspicious situations, you are welcome to report them to us immediately through the following official channels.

V. Legal Action

Our company and the Group have launched investigations into the relevant incidents and will take all necessary legal actions to hold the criminals accountable.

Ltd., and Asia Credit Limited) recently became aware of a presentation titled "NB-RWA Super Incubator" circulating online. This presentation mentions "Sunfund (Hong Kong)" and related businesses, and unauthorized use has been made of our company’s name and brand information.

We hereby solemnly declare:

• Sunfund Group has no knowledge of "NB Group" or any related entities and has never engaged in any business dealings, collaborations, or granted any authorizations to them.
• Any references in the aforementioned presentation are not endorsed or participated in by our Group, and we assume no responsibility for its content or authenticity.
• All business activities of Sunfund Group are strictly compliant with relevant Hong Kong regulations and licensing requirements (including Type 1, 4, 6, and 9 licenses and money lending licenses), and are conducted solely through official channels.

To safeguard public interests, Sunfund Group urges everyone to remain vigilant and avoid potential losses resulting from this document or similar misleading information. If you encounter any activities suspected of impersonating Sunfund Group, please immediately contact us for verification or report to the relevant regulatory authorities.
